Moon River Brewing Company has been described as being “haunted beyond comparison”, with the building host to several phantoms. With an unearthly voice allegedly recorded by the Travel Channel in 2009, to regular sightings of shadowy figures, the building has earned a reputation of being one of the most haunted buildings in America.

Apparitions include a vaporous woman in period costume at the bar, and another who was seen entering through a door to the rear of the premises. Other phenomena include the movement of objects, the sound of a child's laughter, and cold spots. Some of the activity is attributed to the spirit of a boy named Toby.
